STOCK ITEMS

Orders for Stock items to a UK delivery address, received before 11:30 am (Monday - Friday), are picked and packed the same day and shipped via a tracked* service, which has an expected delivery of 2 working days. After 11:30 am they are shipped the next day. * Please note that this does not include the WOW! birthday books and Merry Christmas This Is Your Elf which are sent via a non-tracked service if ordered individually.

Stock items to a non-UK delivery address, received before 11:30 am (Monday - Friday), are picked and packed the same day and shipped via a tracked service, where delivery timescales depend on delivery location. After 11:30 am they are shipped the next day.

During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, this may take a little longer so please order early to avoid any disappointment.

MADE TO ORDER

January to October

Made To Order items to a UK delivery address, received before 11:30 am (Monday - Friday), take 2-3 working days to create. They are shipped via a tracked service, which has an expected delivery of 2 working days. After 11:30 am they take 3 working days to create.

Made To Order items to a non-UK delivery address, received before 11:30 am (Monday - Friday), take 2-3 working days to create. They are shipped via a tracked service and expected delivery depends on the country the item is being sent to. After 11:30 am they take 3 working days to create.

November & December

Made To Order items to a UK delivery address, received before 11:30 am (Monday - Friday), take 3-4 working days to create. They are shipped via a tracked service, which has an expected delivery of 2 working days. After 11:30 am they take 4 working days to create.

Made To Order items to a non-UK delivery address, received before 11:30 am (Monday - Friday), take 3-4 working days to create. They are shipped via a tracked service and expected delivery depends on the country the item is being sent to. After 11:30 am they take 4 working days to create.

ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order a Made To Order gift at the same time as a Stock Item gift, these will be shipped to you in separate parcels to the timescales outlined above.

PACKAGING & POSTAGE

Nearly all of our products are sent out as letters or parcels and they rarely go missing as we use a tracked service, however if your order has not arrived within 3 working days of the expected delivery, please check to see if you have been left a card. Should your order fail to turn up, or there is a problem with it, please do contact us and we will be delighted to help sort this out for you.

CUSTOMS

Following changes resulting from Brexit, FROM YOU TO ME deliveries are made VAT paid so that additional local VAT should not need to be paid, on receipt, in EU countries. If additional charges are made in the country that the order is sent to, then these will need to be paid for by the recipient.

RETURNS

We want everyone to be happy with their gifts so if, for any reason, your order is not what you wanted or expected, please contact us via [email protected] or call +44(0)1225 866225.

We operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations.

CHANGE OF MIND

Should you wish to return a Stock Item, we will refund gifts purchased directly from us, provided they are returned within 15 working days from the date of the order in a re-saleable condition. The refund will not include the delivery charge.

Made To Order (including personalised) items cannot be returned.

The responsibility and cost for all returns lies fully with the purchaser. Please package carefully in cardboard and an outer waterproof to avoid damage in the post as we can only refund saleable items. It is always advisable to obtain a proof of postage and send to:

Please include a copy of your delivery note in the parcel so that we know who to refund.

Once received and checked, we will refund your account within 2 working days. Whilst items rarely go missing, it is always a good idea to get a proof of posting (free service) from the Post Office.

DAMAGES

If your gift is damaged or faulty when it reaches you, or a mistake has been made, we will either fully refund you including the delivery charge or you may request an exchange for a replacement. These conditions do not apply where the fault has been caused by normal wear and tear or by the customer.
