We have sold over 500,000 copies of the current range and we know that people love them - but we so keen to improve them still further.

Our challenge is that we need to help a lot of people understand what they are ... it is not like someone searching for a product they already know when they are in a shop or using Google.  So we need to make sure that any new design helps the customer understand what it is but it also needs to be easy to use and complete as well as looking like a priceless book when you get it back complete from the person you gave it to. A big challenge ...
